Blue Ridge Mazda Introduces new “MyMazda” App

Blue Ridge Mazda, your Lees Summit Mazda dealer, would like to introduce Mazda enthusiasts to Mazda’s new iPhone app called “MyMazda” Service. This new app will provide Mazda owners access to special service offers tailored to their Mazda vehicle, customized maintenance reminders, factory maintenance schedules and other information about their own Mazda in just a few simple finger taps. The “MyMazda” App is offered free of charge at the Apple App Store via the iPhone.

The “MyMazda” iPhone App is synced with the Mazda service marketing program Mazda Customer Connect (MCC) which includes direct mail, email, appointment scheduling, mobile bar coding and a text messaging reminder feature, the “MyMazda” iPhone App will give Mazda owners access to custom tailored service and parts offers and promotions on the go and when they need  them most.  The iPhone App also features a Mazda dealer locator and easy access for appointment scheduling.

The “MyMazda” iPhone App also automatically sends reminder alerts for upcoming maintenance. On top of that, accompanied  with the GPS-powered car locator, consumers can key in the location of their parked Mazda and be able to track it later on making it easier to find. Those that have Android phones can expect the “MyMazda” Android App in the upcoming months.

 ”MyMazda” is the second iPhone application released by Mazda thus far.  Last year, Mazda released the award winning “Mazda Assist”, which helps Mazda owners with roadside assistance should they find themselves with a flat tire, out of gas, locked out of their car or in need of a tow truck.
